On- Site Events
On-site services allow children to be present at the event while still allowing the grown ups the freedom to dance, socialize, and enjoy their night without having to chase their little ones around. Supervision and entertainment take place not only at the table, but out on the dance floor, and at the buffet line as well!
Hosting a "child- free" event? On-site childcare can also be provided in a suite, conference room, or adjoining space to the event taking place.
You Provide:
A designated table, area, or room for services to take place
As many details as possible about the kiddos expected to be present
We Provide:
Supervision/Entertainment for any sized group of children
Age-appropriate games, toys, and activities
Highly experienced team members
Travel anywhere within the Las Vegas Valley (And beyond)
Text message updates to parents throughout the event
Forms for parents to share important information about their kiddo
Set up and clean up of supplies
Pre- Party Care
The kids table is not the only place care can be provided! We know the real work starts hours before the guests arrive. Whether an extra hand getting the flower girls and ring bearers prepared to walk down the aisle, entertainment while the grown ups get ready to host an event, or supervision while folks wander in to join a business conference, the At the Kids Table team is prepared to make it a full-day event!
