The Team

The Team

Our team includes a special set of child care providers whom have worked in different professional settings together since 2020. With diverse backgrounds in providing child services, they are a group of energetic, creative, and fast- thinking individuals with the skill sets needed to entertain (and keep safe) large groups of children at a time. Our team consists of indivduals who can provide services in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL). They have been integral members of the event nannying services and have excellent reviews from previous clients.

Brooke

Owner/ Founder

Hi! I am Brooke Jordan. I have been a child care professional and career nanny since 2015. I hold a Bachelors degree and am currently working on my Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I have enjoyed finding different ways to work with children in the Las Vegas Valley in the last several years of living here. I am a certified trauma-informed youth yoga instructor and work for a non-profit teaching yoga and meditation to children in under-resourced communities. I also am the proud Executive Director of a youth center in a housing project in the historic westside. I have studied early childhood education, am conversationally fluent in American Sign Language, and was previously a Developmental Specialist for children developmentally delayed birth- three years old. I have spent most of my time dedicated to working with children with disabilities (specializing in Autism), and serving in under-resourced communities. I look forward to working with you on creating a magical event!

Hello! My name is Jackelyn Hernandez and I have been a nanny/babysitter since 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am fluent in English and Spanish, I have experience with providing care to children on the Autism spectrum and with critically ill children. Every summer I devote three weeks to volunteering as a camp counselor for children affected by bleeding disorders and life threatening or critical illnesses. Providing care to children from all different backgrounds has allowed me to adapt my care to every child’s specific needs. Carefully following instructions regarding schedules, discipline, and dietary restrictions is an important strength I take pride in. With me, you can expect an individual who is reliable, caring, and patient!

Hello! My name is Jerrod Nez, I have been a babysitter since 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada and I have also been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2020. I am trained and certified in Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS), incident prevention and management training to provide humane, person-centered interventions that replace challenging behavior with safer and more collaborative behavior. Currently, as an RBT, I help children on the spectrum by using sports, art, and music to gain crucial social, communication, and behavioral skills. Every summer, since I turned 18, I volunteer as a camp counselor for two weeks at a camp that is for children with life threatening or critical illnesses. I understand the importance of caring for a child as I am the oldest of four siblings. In any setting, I foster a safe and loving environment for children while exercising skills in patience and de-escalation. With me, you can expect quality care and attention to detail for your child’s needs!
